上級調達マネージャー/ Senior Procurement Manager

A renowned investment company is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager. The selected candidate will oversee end-to-end procurement operations, ensuring cost efficiency, compliance, and alignment with corporate standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the Procurement team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Manage sourcing events and high-value tender projects
• Collaborate with internal departments and HQ for procurement planning and execution
• Oversee vendor management and maintain service quality standards
• Develop sourcing strategies, manage project timelines, and control budgets
• Ensure compliance with Procurement Policies, SOPs, and audit requirements

Requirements:

• Experience with procurement sourcing project management of inclusive complete cycles for high value tender projects
• Prior experience in quantity surveying with a QS consultant / developer is ideal
• Proven experience in international company is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in English
