調達マネージャー/ Procurement Manager

An international data centre company is seeking a Procurement Manager. The selected candidate will oversee all procurement activities, ensuring cost efficiency, supplier compliance, and strategic alignment with company objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct cost-effective sourcing for purchased service categories based on business requests
• Perform cost analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive pricing and value creation
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organisational objectives
• Negotiate contracts and prices to achieve optimal commercial outcomes
• Ensure supplier compliance with contractual terms and performance requirements
• Monitor adherence to procurement laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Conduct market analysis to stay informed on material costs, trends, and best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align procurement with project schedules and budgets
• Participate in tender committees to evaluate optimal tendering and budgeting solutions
• Review invoices and manage supplier payments
• Oversee the end-to-end source-to-pay process, ensuring efficiency and timely delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Procurement or a related field
• More than 10 years of experience in procurement, including direct and indirect purchasing
• Experience in building maintenance and operations-related procurement preferred
• Professional level Japanese and English
