調達バイヤー/ Procurement Buyer

A foreign technology company is looking for a Procurement Buyer. The chosen applicant will be responsible for managing the procurement and inventory of materials, equipment, and services in line with supply chain objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement and inventory of high-technology production and non-manufacturing materials, equipment, and services in accordance with supply chain objectives
• Coordinate material sourcing for new product introduction projects in collaboration with R&D
• Establish and manage supplier relationships, including negotiating contracts and prices, monitoring performance, and developing commodity plans
• Manage contract manufacturer or original design manufacturer relationships to ensure inventory optimisation
• Lead or contribute to process improvement initiatives, including NPI, resourcing, cost reduction, and quality improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 2 years of working experience in a relevant field
• Proficient in Japanese and English
