インストックマネージャー/ In-stock Manager

An international eCommerce company is seeking an In-Stock Manager. The selected candidate will lead planning, procurement, and cross-functional coordination to ensure product availability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable fulfilment centre (FC) space utilisation plans and improve capacity planning
• Forecast and procure inventory to optimise availability for customers
• Manage end-to-end vendor operations, ensuring freshness, safety, and timely delivery
• Join and contribute to in-stock-related process improvement initiatives
• Drive cross-border supply chain projects, including Japan and Singapore
• Analyse large datasets to support decision-making and define mid-to-long-term supply chain strategy

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• More than 3 years of professional or military experience
• More than 4 years of supply chain, inventory management, or project management experience
• More than 3 years of experience with Excel
• Experience with process improvement techniques (Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma)
• Knowledge of the principles of statistical inventory control
• Strong SQL skills preferred
• Business level English; fluent level Japanese
