調達マネージャー/ Procurement Manager

A multinational internet technology company is hiring a Procurement Manager. The selected candidate will manage supplier relationships and drive strategic sourcing initiatives, primarily across marketing and back-office service categories.

Responsibilities:

• Lead RFP processes for marketing and service categories, including OOH, digital marketing, events, and celebrities
• Manage supplier performance and negotiate rate cards
• Promote procurement operation best practices across contract and payment workflows
• Plan and execute strategic sourcing through research, bidding, and supplier segmentation
• Deliver continuous purchasing value to internal stakeholders
• Build strategic partnerships with suppliers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 3–5 years of experience
• Prior procurement experience with full project ownership from launch to completion
• Skilled in data analysis to identify issues and propose improvements
• Proficient in Japanese and English
