調達マネージャー/ Procurement Manager

An international healthcare company is looking for a Procurement Manager. The selected candidate will lead procurement initiatives by supporting operations, driving value, and executing category strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a key procurement contact, bridging strategic goals and daily operations
• Execute category strategies under the direction of strategic category leaders
• Conduct supplier evaluations, value analysis, and cost reviews
• Recommend and implement process improvements for efficiency
• Lead complex RFPs and develop bid and proposal formats
• Manage PO approvals up to $200,000 and coordinate higher-level approvals
• Support invoice error resolution and change management for POs
• Drive supplier integration and KPI implementation
• Deliver cost savings outcomes and collaborate across functions
• Educate teams on procurement tools and support operational issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Science, Business, or Finance
• Experience in procurement, supplier evaluation, and strategic sourcing
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; spreadsheet programs
• Possess a valid CPM or CPSM certification preferred
• Fluent level Japanese and English
