調達マネージャー/ Procurement Manager

A leading hyperscale data centre provider is looking for a Procurement Manager. The chosen applicant will develop, execute, and monitor tenders across multiple countries from supplier onboarding to contract award.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the procurement of various categories within the CAPEX domain
• Achieve efficiencies through bidding, negotiation and strategic initiatives
• Understand customer requirements to establish a robust procurement plan
• Work collaboratively with Category Managers to innovate within the procurement space
• Communicate expectations to internal teams and build positive relationships
• Facilitate compliance with the company’s supplier qualification process
• Provide inputs to support Supply Chain's optimization of the logistics function
• Support the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Program through the development and scoring of supplier commercial performance KPIs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, construction management, contract or cost management or business administration
• More than 5 years of experience in procurement-related work, contract negotiation, and bidding
• More than 3 years of experience in managing CAPEX categories (Data Centre space is preferred)
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Proficient in English and Japanese
