シニア間接調達マネージャー/ Senior Indirect Procurement Manager

A global chemical manufacturing company is looking for a Senior Indirect Procurement Specialist. The selected candidate will implement global category strategies and manage sourcing activities to optimise procurement processes.

Responsibilities:

• Implement global category strategies in Japan, including laboratory equipment, maintenance services, and office supplies
• Manage all processes and procedures for SAP Ariba in Japan
• Act as the decision-maker and gatekeeper for all new vendor registrations
• Collaborate with departments to manage projects such as contract review, negotiations, and cost management
• Conduct sourcing activities to meet business needs for quality, service, and cost reduction
• Report monthly savings, payment term improvements, and savings forecasts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• More than 7 years of experience in strategic sourcing and procurement
• Practical experience in cross-functional coordination
• Prior SAP ERP and SAP Ariba (Guided Buying, SLP module) experience is ideal
• Proficiency in negotiation and contract management
• Familiarity with IM&S solutions and technologies is desired
• Skilled in MS Office Suite
• Possess a valid CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) or relevant certifications is a plus
• Native level Japanese; business level English or Korean
