プランニングマネージャー/ Planning Manager

A global consumer goods company is seeking a Supply Planner. The selected candidate will lead demand and supply planning processes, manage teams, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer service and inventory outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Drive 50:50 Forecasting and IBP processes with franchise team and stakeholders
• Ensure IBP supports robust sales and marketing business planning
• Partner with the local Sub Con Planner to optimise customer service and inventory outcomes
• Identify and implement tactical interventions to recover service in case of customer service issues
• Analyse service failures and lead initiatives to prevent future occurrences
• Collaborate with APSC and other functions to align supply chain capabilities with business priorities

Requirements:

• Practical experience in IBP is ideal
• Prior experience in CPG industry (non-CPG is a plus)
• Experience in sales, operations, and eCommerce roles preferred
• Proven success in strategic planning and execution
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Professional level Japanese and English
