カントリーマネージャー/ Country Manager

An international procurement company is searching for a Country Manager. The successful candidate will represent the Supply Chain & Services and Procurement teams in planning, stakeholder management, people, and project management activities.

Responsibilities:

• Collate supplier partner, market, distribution, and internal business data
• Provide in-depth input and validation to the Category and Supply Chain Strategy
• Develop a pipeline of category initiatives and opportunities to meet significant targets
• Ensure generation of monthly metrics reports
• Ensure a robust approach to Supplier Partner Performance and lead category specific projects
• Establish value creation targets with key supplier partners within the category
• Oversee reporting of supplier partner performance against goals
• Ensure that any supplier partner performance risks and issues are resolved

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of in-depth strategic and operational procurement or supply chain experience with a solid working knowledge of category management
• Several years of overall business experience, including working within a regulated industry
• Practical experience in international strategic sourcing or category management
• Direct experience in managing category management projects and development of sourcing strategies
• Understanding of offshore operating environments (Captive, Build Operate Transfer, Managed Service, Functional, & Full-Service concepts)
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Possess valid post graduate business-related qualification
• Fluent level English
