プロダクションマネージャー/ Production Manager

A global eyewear company is looking for a Production Manager. The chosen applicant will manage the production process according to group standards and contribute to lab performance by setting objectives for the main KPIs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the production process in line with group standards
• Ensure group standards are applied in the lab through clear PCPs
• Lead definitions of production flow rules in collaboration with other departments
• Contribute to lab performance by setting objectives for main KPIs and monitoring results
• Manage the production teams by planning staffing needs, assigning roles and responsibilities, conducting performance cycles and training staff
• Ensure a continuous improvement culture is developed and maintained within the team
• Take charge of Health & Safety by setting rules and systems that comply with local law and group rules

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in production, industrial or lab facility; maintenance manager or engineering managers are welcome
• Understanding of processes; production, process, health and safety protocols, lean management
• Excellent people management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent level Japanese and English
