A respected international chemical company is searching for a Production Manager. The candidate who enters this role will be responsible for fostering organisational and technological growth within the company’s float manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assess existing glass manufacturing procedures and costs
- Create and execute cost reduction strategy
- Work with leaders to drive process optimisation
- Present plant process optimisation initiatives
- Handle technical management of new production initiatives
- Conduct training and provide technical and production management advice to technical staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in production for the float glass industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Leadership skills
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Fluent level written and verbal English
