マーチャンダイジング・物流スタッフ/ Merchandising & Logistics Staff

An international luxury jewellery company is looking for a Merchandising and Logistics Staff. The selected candidate will support assortment planning, inventory management, logistics coordination, and reporting to optimise sales performance and operational efficiency. This is a hybrid setup and long-term contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Support assortment planning and analysis to drive sales growth and maximise inventory efficiency
• Monitor and analyse stock levels
• Coordinate domestic deliveries
• Prepare products for events and related activities
• Handle price updates and conduct inventory counts
• Communicate with merchandising and product teams at headquarters in Italy
• Conduct competitor research
• Prepare sales reports and analysis
• Support store renovation and new store opening projects
• Assist in wholesale inventory control

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in merchandising and logistics
• Experience in merchandising and logistics operations
• Intermediate or above PC skills (MS Office Suite)
• Professional level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• ERP and SAP knowledge
• Experience in the fashion, luxury, or jewellery industry
• Experience in foreign companies
