An international lifestyle technology company is seeking an Order Fulfilment & Logistics professional. The selected candidate will manage order processing, coordinate logistics operations, handle shipping documentation, and support supply chain activities. This is a hybrid setup and long-term contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with delivery companies for distribution and import operations
• Arrange product deliveries from office to customers
• Process shipping documentation and logistics records
• Create invoices and packing lists
• Support supply chain team with logistics operations
• Manage orders using internal ERP system
• Communicate with customers and support business operations

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in order fulfilment and logistics
• Experience using business systems such as CRM, ERP, and Microsoft Office
• Fluent level Japanese and English
