シニアOTCスペシャリスト/ Order To Cash (OTC) Sr. Specialist

A global food and beverage company is looking for an Order To Cash (OTC) Sr. Specialist. The selected candidate will oversee order management operations, support billing and procurement processes, resolve system and delivery issues, and drive process improvements across internal and external teams. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage BPO and night call centre performance against agreed KPIs
• Lead business continuity actions during system disruptions and oversee manual updates, training, and process improvements
• Coordinate special delivery arrangements and collect critical information during natural disasters
• Partner with Sales to improve customer-specific order-to-shipment processes
• Support billing activities including credit note issuance and invoicing coordination
• Handle procurement transactions, master data updates, RPA operations, and IT or supply chain project support

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Experience with the SAP SD module (from order entry to billing)
• Prior experience in supply chain management, including demand and supply planning, warehousing, and transportation
• Proven experience in proactively driving process improvements
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Understanding of billing operations (revenue recognition criteria, payment terms, credit note handling)
• Professional level Japanese and English
