ロジスティクスマネージャー/ Logistics Manager

A multinational healthcare organisation is looking for a Logistics Manager. The selected candidate will lead end-to-end logistics operations while strengthening inventory control, compliance, and supply chain planning.

Responsibilities:

• Own inventory receiving, storage, picking, kitting, and shipping while driving continuous improvement
• Issue and monitor POs, delivery status, and customs clearance to prevent backorders
• Manage quality hold processes and design SOPs for new quality incidents
• Lead logistics planning for new product launches and end-of-life transitions
• Establish and execute approval processes for warranty, returns, and sample shipments
• Oversee SAP S/4 logistics processes, kitting, local sourcing, and 2nd warehouse coordination

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business, engineering or any supply chain management/ logistics business relevant fields
• 3-5 years of work experience as Supply Chain/ Logistics Manager or Supervisor
• Experience in matrix organisation
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Skilled in ERP (SAP or similar) and databases
• Business level written and spoken Japanese and reading and written English (spoken English is ideal)

Preferred requirements:

• Prior experience in logistics/ warehouse operations within the healthcare industry and/or FMCG
• Experience in warehouse relocation, expansion, and improvement projects
• Knowledge on overall S&OP Planning process
