A global luxury jewelry company is looking for an Inventory Planning Coordinator. The selected candidate will support inventory optimisation and supply chain processes to elevate business performance.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and optimise stock levels using replenishment and supply chain systems
• Review business results to identify inventory actions that drive sales
• Support inventory planning for store openings, renewals, and events
• Execute product rebalancing across the distribution network to achieve target inventory levels
• Maintain accurate reporting and provide data-driven insights for supply chain decisions
• Participate in regular store visits to understand operations and gather feedback for improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Business level English; professional level Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Proficient in PowerBI
