ロジスティクススペシャリスト/ Logistics Specialist

A Logistics Specialist role is now open in an international luxury fashion brand. The chosen candidate will manage WMS improvements, lead logistics projects, monitor performance, and provide actionable insights across teams. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and deploy advanced technical solutions to resolve complex warehouse operational inefficiencies and maximize WMS capabilities
• Plan, develop, and optimise WMS-driven initiatives to streamline workflows and improve productivity
• Implement effective WMS solutions to address operational gaps and drive continuous improvement
• Develop and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for logistics performance
• Monitor warehouse KPIs, identify trends, and forecast future performance
• Lead logistics and WMS-related projects from planning to completion as Project Manager
• Collaborate with HQ, cross-functional departments, and external vendors to align project objectives
• Communicate technical information clearly and provide training on new WMS features and processes

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in a relevant field
• Proficient in MS Power BI
• Expert-level data analysis capability
• Exceptional technical problem-solving skills with a proven track record
• Strong project management skills, particularly in leading technical and IT-related projects
• Advanced data visualisation techniques
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English
