ロジスティクスリーダー/ Logistics Leader

A multinational industrial manufacturing company is looking for a Logistics Leader. The selected candidate will manage warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and customer deliveries while ensuring smooth logistics processes. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage physical binning activities for incoming shipments
• Ensure accurate ERP transactions for goods receipt, stock adjustments, and warehouse transfers
• Verify and process pick parts requests from Customer Support, Service, and Sales teams
• Place purchase orders to replenish stock and consignments as approved
• Coordinate local deliveries and export shipments, including customs clearance where applicable
• Ensure all activities meet Customer Operations SLA for picking and delivery
• Support administrative and logistical duties as required, including parts delivery or collection
• Operationally back up ERP transactions for the Asia Operations team
• Oversee full warehousing functions and inventory management

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in order-to-cash processes, direct logistics, or inventory management
• Experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing or logistics environment
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Possess a valid Forklift operations certification
• Professional level Japanese; fluent level English and other Asian languages

Preferred requirements:

• Diploma or above in business
