A global luxury goods company is looking for a Demand & Distribution Planning Specialist. The selected candidate will manage product allocation, stock control, and demand forecasting across regions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage product launches and stock control for permanent and cross-seasonal products
• Create and align allocation plans with Merchandisers
• Adjust system settings for target stock levels and store capacities
• Collaborate with Logistics and HQ on shipments and deliveries
• Conduct weekly and monthly stock rebalances across stores and regions
• Generate and analyse sales and stock reports, support special allocations and store operational rules

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of D&D experience in retail
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Interest in fashion
• Native level Japanese; proficient in written English
