A global logistics company is looking for a Program Manager. The selected candidate will oversee inspection and reverse logistics teams while driving business improvements. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the inspection team
• Oversee reverse logistics operations
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Enhance operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Experience in BCP and security operations, ensuring safe and sustainable practices
• Prior process standardisation and improvement experience
• Proven experience working in electronics or IT equipment manufacturers
• Background in logistics-related departments
• Understanding of inspection, quality control, and reverse logistics
• Knowledge of logistics operations, problem-solving, and on-site responsiveness
• Skilled in WMS and other business systems, capable of data-driven analysis and improvement proposals
• Professional level Japanese; business level reading, written, and spoken English
