物流・カスタマーサービスマネージャー/ Logistics & CS Manager

A global mobility manufacturing company is seeking a Logistics & CS Manager. The selected candidate will oversee logistics performance, elevate customer service operations, and drive organisational capability building. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Track and manage logistics cost performance while achieving NCO targets
• Optimise network design and 3PL management to improve cost and service configuration
• Drive logistics-related projects and new business initiatives
• Coordinate daily logistics and customer service operations to meet evolving requirements
• Align closely with Planning, Transportation & Warehousing, and Customer Service teams
• Enhance demand-driven supply chain through optimised transport, warehouse processes, and order

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Statistical Analysis, Engineering or related skills
• 8-12 years of experience in Transportation & Warehousing or other industry (Contract Management, Business Interface Role, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Demand Management, Business Analysis, Production, RM Planning, Customer Service or other related discipline)
• Experience in logistics management in manufacturing plants and warehouses, "KAIZEN" type of operational development and Project
• Prior experience in people management at the scale of a group of over 3 associates
• Background in 3PL and Transportation procurement, contract, KPI management
• Understanding of tire industry, manufacturing, production, distribution, logistics, and Supply InterChain management
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure issues for region wide supply planning
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
  Proficient in reading, written, and verbal English and Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Degree or Master's Degree in transportation, supply chain, statistical analysis, or engineering
