プラントマネージャー/ Plant Manager

A renowned packaging manufacturer is seeking a Plant Manager. The selected candidate will oversee end-to-end plant operations and drive efficiency, quality, and safety across all functions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee production, maintenance, quality, logistics, warehousing, and distribution
• Drive cost-reduction initiatives across fixed and variable components
• Champion OH&S programs and cultivate a zero-accident culture
• Ensure compliance with quality, health, and safety regulations
• Manage operating budgets and lead capital expenditure planning
• Implement cost-minimisation and continuous improvement strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience in managing a production site, 3PL operation or warehouse with a minimum of 50 associates
• Prior experience in process improvement initiatives, such as 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and lean manufacturing
• More than 10 years of experience in a leadership role within manufacturing or supply chain and or similar
• Knowledge of supply chain practices and metrics
• Proficient in Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• More than 4 years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
