ロジスティクスオペレーター/ Logistics Operator

An international logistics company is seeking a Logistics Operator. The selected candidate will support operational tasks, including reception, shipment, packaging, and system updates under established procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Comply with the company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for material reception and shipment
• Verify received materials against documentation to ensure accuracy
• Prepare and pack box contents according to packing lists
• Control material characteristics, including ID, expiration date, kit details, and storage conditions
• Perform packaging preparation, box closing, and labelling for shipments
• Conduct system updates related to inbound, outbound, return, and relocation processes
• Execute relabelling, stock management, balance checks, and relocation processes at the facility

Requirements:

• High school diploma or above
• Practical experience in the logistics field
• Skilled in interpersonal communication and relationship building
• Proficient in computer skills
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in written and verbal English is a plus
