ロジスティクスマネージャー – シニアスペシャリスト/ Logistics Manager – Sr. Specialist

An international luxury goods company is looking for a Logistics Manager – Senior Specialist. The selected candidate will oversee logistics operations, manage 3PL partners, and ensure efficient product flow across the supply chain.

Responsibilities:

• Source and propose logistic service providers and participate in rate and contract negotiations
• Supervise daily operations of 3PL warehouses, distribution centres, and transport operators
• Monitor 3PL activities to protect financial interests and optimise service levels
• Build and enforce product flow management discipline within the supply chain
• Review activities, costs, and forecasts to track progress toward company goals
• Define and implement 3PL scorecards to evaluate service provider performance
• Contribute to the development of shipment tracking, reporting, and exception management tools
• Partner with internal departments to ensure standards, audits, and controls are maintained
• Develop and maintain written procedures for logistics processes and asset tracking
• Plan, lead, and coordinate stock takes at stores and warehouses

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in logistics in the retail industry, including import/export and warehouse management
• Experience in SAP preferred
• Professional level Japanese; business level English (TOEIC 850+)
