調達リード/ Sourcing Lead

A renowned international consumer goods company is seeking a Sourcing Lead. The successful candidate will drive sourcing initiatives, manage supplier relationships, and support cost optimisation across regional and local categories.

Responsibilities:

• Support procurement activities aligned with regional category strategies
• Conduct supplier market research and analyse spend data to identify sourcing opportunities
• Manage supplier relationships and coordinate with category leads for project execution
• Assist in contract negotiations, compliance monitoring, and risk mitigation
• Evaluate total cost of ownership and recommend cost reduction initiatives
• Ensure sourcing efficiency and governance through effective reporting and process improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration or procurement supply chain
• 3-5 years of experience in FMCG or related industries
• Possess valid post graduate certification
• Professional level Japanese and English
