VASマネージャー/ VAS Manager

A global logistics company is seeking a VAS Manager. The selected candidate will lead the value-added services team and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Organise transport based on customer promise and lowest cost
• Coordinate pick-up and drop-off schedules with customers
• Facilitate permits and documentation for customs clearance
• Arrange value-added services such as fumigation, stuffing, and certificates of origin
• Manage communication with vendors (excluding carriers)
• Update systems with service statuses and relevant documentation
• Attend to approvals related to Dangerous Goods

Requirements:

• Understanding of the local market and regulations
• Knowledge across logistics operations
• Professional level Japanese and English
