VASスペシャリスト/ VAS Specialist

An international logistics company is looking for a VAS Specialist. The selected candidate will coordinate value-added services and ensure seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Organise transport based on customer promise and lowest cost
• Coordinate specific pick-up and drop-off locations and times with customers
• Facilitate permits and customs-related documentation
• Arrange VAS, including fumigation, stuffing, and certificates of origin
• Communicate with vendors (excluding carriers)
• Update system statuses and upload service-related documents
• Manage approvals for Dangerous Goods

Requirements:

• Proven experience in logistics operations
• Strong knowledge of local regulations
• Professional level Japanese and English
