インプリメンテーションプロジェクトスペシャリスト/ Implementation Project Specialist

A global logistics company is looking for an Implementation Project Specialist. The selected candidate will lead customer onboarding projects, ensuring smooth and timely operational implementation in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Perform risk assessments on customer requirements, identifying financial and operational risks
• Build project structures and manage new implementation projects using designated tools
• Lead project deliverables to completion and provide weekly progress updates
• Develop and gain sign-off on SOPs, work instructions, and training materials
• Validate and finalise solution designs based on customer needs
• Oversee technical and operational implementation and obtain required signoffs
• Train customer care and operational teams on shipment handling procedures
• Ensure supporting systems are fully and correctly set up before the first shipment

Requirements:

• Knowledge of sea solutions
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Professional level Japanese and English
