ロジスティクスコーディネーター/ Logistics Coordinator

A global luxury skincare company is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The selected candidate will assist in the planning, tracking, and communication of logistics operations, ensuring efficient and accurate distribution of products. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure efficient delivery of goods from 3PL to department stores
• Plan and track shipment schedules using logistics systems to optimise shipping and delivery
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports on warehouse stock, orders, and invoices
• Communicate with 3PL and internal teams to manage inbound and outbound shipments and resolve issues
• Assist in process improvement initiatives by identifying areas for optimisation in logistics processes
• Record and report quality-related issues or discrepancies to the QA team

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in supply chain and logistics
• 2-3 years of experience in logistics operation, including importing and domestic delivery
• 2-3 years of experience using SAP or a similar ERP system
• Practical experience with logistics software (SAP) and databases
• Experience in cosmetics, pharmaceutical companies, or consumer goods is ideal
• Proficient in MS Excel (Vlook and above)
• Native level Japanese; basic level English
