倉庫・イントラロジスティクスエンジニア/ Warehouse & Intralogistics Engineer

An international pharmaceutical company is seeking a Warehouse & Intralogistics Engineer. The selected candidate will oversee intralogistics operations, drive process improvements, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate intralogistics operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Implement process improvements and automation to optimise workflows
• Assess and deploy technology solutions for enhanced efficiency and accuracy
• Prepare qualification documents for high-bay warehouse under GxP regulations
• Conduct temperature and humidity mapping for compliance
• Oversee FMS in high-bay warehouse to meet regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering or a relevant domain
• More than 2 years of experience in warehouse management and logistics operations
• Understanding of engineering principles and processes
• Fluent level Japanese; proficient in English
