ロジスティクススペシャリスト/ Logistics Specialist

An international automotive parts manufacturer is searching for a Logistics Specialist. The chosen applicant will handle order management, oversee import, and export procedures, and manage inventory. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Handle order management processes
• Manage import and export procedures and issue appropriate documents
• Oversee inventory management operations
• Coordinate shipment and delivery schedules
• Manage auto parts in internal and external warehouses
• Liaise with customers, couriers, and forwarders
• Input data into the ERP system (Microsoft Navision)

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of work experience in logistics
• Prior warehouse operational experience
• Proficient in ERP System (Microsoft Navision or similar system)
• Strong data analysis skills: Microsoft Office Applications (Excel VLOOKUP, Pivot table)
• Project management experience in logistics is a plus
• Interest in the automotive industry is desirable
• Possess a driver’s licence
• Proficient in Japanese; business level English is advantageous
