カスタマーロジスティクス・シニアスペシャリスト/ Customer Logistics Senior Specialist

A global food and beverage company is looking for a Customer Logistics Senior Specialist. The chosen applicant will coordinate and manage suppliers, lead logistics performance improvements, and optimise warehouse operations. This is a hybrid role.

Description:

• Coordinate and manage suppliers (3PL warehouse, transportation)
• Lead logistics performance improvement in quality, service, costs, and other key aspects
• Optimise warehouse and distribution operations to support customer needs and business growth
• Propose and/or provide appropriate logistics solutions for 3PL warehouse, IFO (DC to DC transferring) and FTC (delivery to customer) operations positively

Responsibilities:

• Ensure daily shipment/operation is executed well
• Make sure all goods receipt, storing and delivery in each regional DCs have been executed well in line with group quality and food safety requirements
• Follow the company strategy to develop the relationship with 3PL and continue to improve productivity and cost efficiency
• Work with each logistics supplier for continued improvement through KPI management
• Handle the invoice of each WH and related the logistic supplier to make sure there is no delay for invoice and payment and all data are correct
• Attend DC Audits (both internally and externally) and Annual Inventory Count
• Manage 3PM (3rd Party Manufacturer) both international and domestic for logistics operations, such as performance, quality and costs
• Manage international transportation (import/export) operation for overseas' 3PM (3rd Party Manufacturer), working closely with the selected forwarder
• Work with Quality Food Safety Department to improve shipment quality to meet the company's standard

Requirements:

Education background:

• University Graduate

Technical Skills and Experiences required:

• Experience of 3PL(3rd Party Logistics) management(more than 3years)
• Experience in Warehouse management or local transport management (more than 3 years)
• Experience in logistics cost analysis and management
• Experience executing logistics/logistics improvement projects
• Advanced level of Excel skill
• Basic level of PowerPoint skill
• Import/Export forwarding experience/forwarder management (preferred)
• SAP (ERP) process knowledge (preferred)
