シニアロジスティクスマネージャー/ Senior Logistics Manager

A global golf equipment company is seeking a Senior Logistics Manager. The successful candidate will be overseeing all logistics operations, optimising processes, and managing key partnerships to ensure efficient product distribution.

Responsibilities:

• Manage logistics and customer service teams, ensuring smooth operations
• Collaborate with sales to meet delivery schedules and customer expectations
• Monitor import shipments and manage customs clearance for timely deliveries
• Establish KPIs and continuously improve operational performance
• Select and manage 3PL partners, ensuring cost-effectiveness and service quality
• Lead people management, training, and development to align with business goals
• Optimise domestic and international logistics, ensuring efficient distribution
• Implement risk management strategies to mitigate business fluctuations

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in supply chain or operations management (golf industry preferred)
• More than 3 years of team management experience
• Proven experience in import/export, forwarding, and warehousing
• Ability to analyse and solve complex logistical issues
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Business level Japanese and English
