物流・流通シニアアナリスト/ Logistics and Distribution Senior Analyst

An international medical equipment manufacturer is searching for a Logistics and Distribution Senior Analyst. The selected applicant will be overseeing the direction of the Japan Logistics & Distribution function.

Responsibilities:

• Manage procedures and training for Logistics & Distribution Associates in the warehouse in Japan
• Co-ordinate with logistics service providers including internal stakeholders and monitor daily inbound and outbound deliveries
• Manage and maintain business relationships with appointed service providers
• Monitor KPI metrics to measure efficiency and improvement of L&D Associates from views of safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, and productivity
• Improve freight and warehousing processes and systems; driving towards “Best-In-Class” operations within groups
• Lead and participate in Kaizen projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Comply and adhere to the Quality and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) requirement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 8 years of working experience in the supply chain or logistics industry
• Expertise in logistics control or management-related field
• Experience with ERP system development is a plus
• Experience in Process Validation with knowledge of ISO13485 is preferred
• Proficient in Japanese; business level English
