WH & 流通マネージャー/ WH & Distribution Manager

A global manufacturing company is seeking a WH & Distribution Manager. The selected candidate will oversee logistics operations, ensure timely distribution, and drive continuous improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee warehousing, inventory management, and FG distribution operations in Japan market
• Coordinate with logistics providers and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and cost control
• Monitor logistics KPIs and drive optimisation initiatives for operational excellence
• Research industry best practices to maintain competitive logistics standards
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation actions
• Ensure compliance with relevant local and international regulations

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or above in supply chain or Logistics from an accredited institution
• Prior supply chain or logistics experience in the manufacturing industry or third-party logistics company
• Possess valid EHS/Safety qualification
• Proficient in logistics software and tools (SAP logistics modules)
• Ability and willingness to travel
