流通・物流スーパーバイザー/ Distribution & Logistics Supervisor

A global food nutrition company is looking for a Distribution & Logistics Supervisor. The chosen candidate will be overseeing warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring reliable and efficient distribution services.

Responsibilities:

• Remotely supervise 3PL warehouse and logistics operations to consistently ensure KPIs are being met

• Manage inventory storage and processing of pickup or home deliveries at warehouses and access points with high service standards
• Ensure all warehouse and access points locations are compliant with local regulatory and company quality requirements
• Collaborate with both internal departments, external partners to troubleshoot, implement process improvements resolve any logistical issues
• Work with 3PL on ensuring regular transportation requirements are met for the supply of company Products to Members and Stock Points
• Monitor un-delivered or return shipments and work with Member Services on complaint resolution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, business science, or logistics
• More than 10 years of experience in Supply Chain or Distribution Operations
• 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
• Strong Leadership skills along with the ability to function as an effective team member, ability to interact effectively with all levels & work well in a moderately stressful environment
• Experience inventory management systems and ERP software (Oracle is preferred)
• Any industry certificate is a plus
• Good Understanding of Local Regulations impacting Product Storage & Distribution
• Certification in supply chain operations or logistics is advantageous
• Native level Japanese; proficient in written and verbal English
