An international retail luxury goods company is searching for an Allocation Manager. The successful candidate will ensure efficient stock fulfilment by managing allocations. This is a hybrid position based in Tokyo.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor sales history and forecast future demand to manage store stock effectively
- Plan and adjust stock levels based on replenishment models and seasonal demands
- Identify and execute store-to-store stock transfers to optimise coverage sales
- Strategically input parameters to achieve target stock levels and allocation orders
- Monitor delivery processes in collaboration with HQ and local logistics teams
- Report shipment status to ensure consistent and predictable execution of delivery plans
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 5 years of team management experience in Allocation Planning, Inventory Management, or Supply/Demand Planning functions
- Knowledge in Slim.4, Cegid, MicroStrategy
- Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot tables, v-lookup, etc.)
- Native level Japanese; business level English
