サプライヤーリレーションシップマネージャー/ Supplier Relationship Manager

A major travel company is looking for a Supplier Relationship Manager. This position will provide commercial expertise in airline and land supplier contracts and new contract negotiation to drive business success.

Responsibilities:

• Drive SOR, private fares and commission as needed
• Prepare and implement product strategy in alignment to the procurement business plan
• Achieve sales revenue and income targets
• Ensure all product lines are supported, communicated and promoted effectively
• Interact and engage with consultants to obtain product requirements and opportunities
• Liaise with relevant product teams to drive effective communication of the product to flight centre employees

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business, marketing or similar disciplines
• Background in TMC travel environment or the travel industry
• Prior experience in fare/rate optimisation to drive margin
• Experience working with sales and marketing teams to advocate for and promote products
• Expertise in new product development, product delivery, customer/product analysis
• Experience partnering with external and internal stakeholders to drive targets
• Understanding of travel sales trends
• Fluent level written and oral English and Japanese
