ステアリングホイール品質担当/ Steering Wheel Quality

A renowned automotive systems manufacturer is looking for a Steering Wheel Quality professional. The selected candidate will oversee supplier quality activities, manage process improvement initiatives, support global standards development, and collaborate with overseas teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage progress, audits, and assessments of system development by Tier 2 and Tier 3 suppliers
• Prepare project quality reports, audit reports, and assessment reports
• Collaborate with overseas locations
• Plan process improvements based on process feedback
• Create and update process documentation
• Support the development and improvement of global ISO 26262 and ISO 21434 processes

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of mass production experience in ECU development or quality departments within the manufacturing industry
• Prior implementation experience with ASPICE
• Proven ECU development and mass production experience at an automotive manufacturer or parts manufacturer/Tier 1 supplier
• Professional level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Prior implementation experience with ISO 26262 and ISO 21434
