シニアアナリスト品質スペシャリスト/ Sr. Analyst Quality Specialist

A multinational food and ingredients company is looking for a Senior Analyst Quality Specialist. The selected candidate will provide technical quality support, manage customer quality requests, and drive compliance, food safety, and continuous improvement across products and operations. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical quality information and responses to customer quality-related requests
• Complete customer questionnaires, surveys, specifications, and quality agreements
• Negotiate specification differences and approve quality certifications, guarantees, and special shipping or quality requirements
• Coordinate customer audits, regulatory inquiries, shelf-life extensions, and quality certifications, including GMO and impurity status
• Maintain and manage product quality documentation, including specifications, SDS, regulatory compliance, and certifications
• Support complaint handling, approve product returns, and determine disposition of non-conforming products
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, technical, regulatory, and production teams to resolve quality issues
• Restrict products with potential food safety risks to prevent further distribution
• Assist with troubleshooting test methods and support new product introductions
• Conduct warehouse and toller audits and verify corrective actions
• Support supplier quality compliance with procurement and supply chain teams
• Perform batch review, recording, and release for products manufactured by tollers
• Lead and deliver local quality and food safety training programmes
• Act as SAP quality resource supporting business and manufacturing sites
• Support continuous improvement of local SOPs and QA QC processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related science field
• More than 5 years of experience working in a quality and regulatory-focused
• 2-3 years of experience in QA QC within the food industry
• Experience in quality assurance, quality control, regulatory compliance, and customer complaint handling
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food legislation, project management, and Lean Six Sigma
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and SAP QM modules
• Ability and willingness to negotiate solutions, manage audits, and support food safety and quality programmes
• Proficient in written and verbal English and Japanese
