監査担当/ Qualified Auditor

A multinational risk management and quality assurance services company is looking for a Qualified Auditor. The selected candidate will conduct AS9100/JIS Q 9100 audits, provide training, and ensure clients’ compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site audits and training for AS9100 (JIS Q 9100) and ISO9001, including AS9110 and AS9120 where applicable
• Collaborate with management to produce timely, accurate reports on compliance and system implementation
• Document audit activities, resolve Technical Review (TR) issues, and submit reports to clients promptly
• Review and verify clients' corrective actions and ensure closure
• Maintain and pursue relevant audit qualifications
• Generate leads, support the sales team, and identify opportunities across services
• Lead projects as assigned, prioritising key clients and ensuring professional execution
• Build trusting client relationships and address customer complaints effectively

Requirements:

• Experience in the aerospace and defence sector
• Extensive experience in quality and aerospace sectors, with the ability to provide training
• Understanding of legal requirements for AS9100/JIS Q 9100 sector
• Proven track record as project leader and team leader
• Ability and willingness to travel across Japan
• Possess a valid qualification as an AS9100/JIS Q 9100 Lead Auditor
• Fluent level Japanese; proficient in English

Preferred requirements:

• Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001
• Possess relevant qualifications in AS9110 and AS9120
