サプライヤー品質マネージャー/ Supplier Quality Manager

A multinational consumer goods company is seeking a Supplier Quality Manager. The selected candidate will lead supplier quality programs, manage audits, and drive continuous improvement across the supply base. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead supplier complaint reduction initiatives
• Guide suppliers in meeting quality requirements and applying tools such as 8D, FRPS, and SQRM
• Drive discussions and resolutions for supplier-related escalation cases
• Train and support supplier complaint coordinators in SCMS usage and maintenance
• Analyse supplier complaint reports to identify improvement opportunities
• Support global Supplier Quality & Development programs in the region
• Assist Product Development in selecting new suppliers and supporting joint development projects
• Ensure 3PM suppliers hold the required quality certifications and support customer-required certificates
• Support and occasionally facilitate customer audits for 3PM suppliers
• Communicate customer requirements to suppliers and ensure implementation
• Execute regional audit plans, including activities, reporting, and database updates
• Create and revise quality documents in the HIMDOC database
• Support internal and external audits, including DQS and customer audits
• Support the MOC process for Raw/Packaging/3PM projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in chemistry or engineering
• More than 6 years of experience in industry (Quality and/or Engineering)
• Experience in ISO 9001, IATF 16949 standards, Food Safety, GMP
• Prior experience in internal and external audits using a process approach
• Experience in Customer Specific Requirements
• Core tools knowledge (PPAP, APQP, MSA, CEP, FMEA)
• Proficient in Japanese and English
