QA/ QA

An international automotive components manufacturer is seeking a QA professional. The selected candidate will oversee customer quality management, problem-solving, and continuous improvement processes across development and production projects. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate quality issue resolution using 8D methodology
• Act as the technical interface between customers and internal teams, ensuring effective communication aligned with Kaizen and Monozukuri principles
• Utilise quality core tools such as FMEA, Control Plan, and MSA at a supervisory level
• Manage APQP tasks in development projects and change management processes
• Serve as customer quality system representative and lead internal and supplier audits
• Maintain and improve customer satisfaction within the quality domain

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or Science
• More than 3 years of experience in the automotive or automotive supplier industry
• Experience in quality management and problem-solving within production environments
• Proficient in mechanical engineering fundamentals and quality core tools (FMEA, Control Plan, MSA)
• Knowledge of ISO/IATF management systems and Toyota Production System principles
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Professional level Japanese and English
