サプライヤー品質エンジニア/ Supplier Quality Engineer

A multinational semiconductor solutions company is looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer. The selected candidate will manage supplier quality performance, lead audits, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Responsibilities:

• Manage supplier quality issues and drive timely corrective actions
• Contain non-conforming lots immediately and ensure proper disposition to avoid production impact
• Monitor supplier performance ratings and monthly Cpk to drive continuous improvement
• Implement and support supplier automotive development programs
• Follow up on supplier REACH and ROHS declarations and ensure regulatory compliance
• Review supplier risk assessments, self-assessments, and change notifications
• Lead onsite supplier qualification audits and follow up on audit findings

Requirements:

• More than 2 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry
• Knowledge of 6 Sigma tools such as 8D, FMEA, and DMAIC
• Understanding of statistical tools, including SPC, statistical sampling, and DOE
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interface effectively across departments
• Business level Japanese (JLPT N2+)

Preferred requirements:

• Audit experience with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
