QAマネージャー/ QA Manager

A global food company is seeking a QA Manager. The selected candidate will manage consumer complaints, analyse data, and drive continuous quality improvements across the supply chain. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main contact for consumer complaints and voice-of-consumer feedback with call centres
• Organise, analyse, and report quality data, including complaints, defects, and consumer insights
• Develop and implement quality improvement plans across plants, warehouses, repackers, and distributors
• Manage quality issues through Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to ensure operational excellence
• Represent the quality team in New Product Development, audits, and issue resolution
• Drive deployment of group quality policies and localise training for the business unit
• Support the APAC Quality & Regulatory Affairs Director in regulatory follow-ups, NPD support, and product data management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, or a related field
• More than 5 years of quality management experience in the consumer or food industry
• Proven experience in hygiene, environment, safety, supply chain management, and regulatory compliance
• Expertise in consumer service operations and handling quality concerns
• Native level Japanese; business level written and verbal English (French is a plus)
