HSEマネージャー/ HSE Manager

A global pharmaceutical company is looking for an HSE Manager. The selected candidate will oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance while ensuring employee well-being and regulatory adherence.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure health, safety, and environmental protection for all employees
• Identify and evaluate compliance needs with local laws and regulations
• Delegate duties and define tasks in line with procedures, programs, and standards
• Select, train, supervise, and assess employees with HSE responsibilities
• Verify compliance of delegated tasks with local laws and international standards
• Report site compliance status and address potential conflicts to senior management
• Secure necessary resources to meet HSE requirements
• Manage incident notification and reporting processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 3 years in an HSE management role in a plant
• Experience with safety knowledge for production equipment, building, HVAC, and plumbing
• Knowledge of building standards, fire protection, environment, and explosion protection
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English (TOEIC 730+)
