CQE/ CQE

A global electronic components manufacturer is seeking a CQE/Quality Engineer. The selected candidate will handle customer feedback, resolve quality issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives with global manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer feedback, claims, and alerts to ensure swift and effective resolutions
• Investigate returned parts, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions with cross-functional teams
• Act as a liaison between customers and manufacturing sites, coordinating samples and parts efficiently
• Collaborate with global factories and suppliers to enhance product quality and process performance
• Partner with international teams to maintain and improve customer satisfaction
• Support additional team initiatives to drive continuous improvement and business success

Requirements:

• Background in science or technology-related field
• Proven experience in quality-related roles
• Familiarity with the automotive industry and electronic components used in vehicles
• Knowledge of quality audits or certifications
• Experience living or working abroad
• Native level Japanese; advanced level English
