クオリティアソシエイトマネージャー/ Quality Associate Manager

A global consumer goods company is looking for a Quality Associate Manager. The selected candidate will oversee consumer complaint handling, drive quality improvements, and ensure compliance across the supply chain.

Responsibilities:

• Manage consumer claims and voice of customer operations with outsourcing call centres
• Analyse quality data related to complaints, defects, and consumer experience monitoring
• Plan and execute quality improvements across manufacturing, warehouses, supply chain, and distribution
• Follow up on quality concerns and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Act as the local quality representative for new product development, audits, and issue management
• Implement group quality policies and training programs within the business unit
• Support regulatory compliance and product data management in collaboration with the APAC Quality/Regulatory Director

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in chemistry, biology, food science, or a related field
• More than 5 years of experience in quality management within consumer businesses
• Expertise in food industry hygiene, safety, regulatory compliance, and supply chain management
• Experience managing consumer service operations (directly or indirectly)
• Business level English and Japanese; French is a plus
