QAマネージャー/ QA Manager

A global consumer goods company is searching for a QA Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for developing assessment reports and action plans in response to quality incidents. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Improve quality standards within the Japan branch
• Conduct audits to assess compliance with regulations and guidelines
• Provide training and guidance on compliance and audit procedures
• Manage product launches in Japan to meet regulatory requirements
• Work closely with customer service and plant members
• Manage 3PL’s logistics service quality with optimised cost assessment
• Conduct material procurement inquiries to meet the company’s quality and cost requirement standard

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 3-5 years of QA experience in food or beverage manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or other related manufacturing industry
• Proficient in MS Office
• Knowledge of Statistical Process Controls and Process Improvement such as Six Sigma, and Lean
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in a large international corporation is a plus
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Fluent level Japanese and English
